1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Templates, Courses, Software, etc.)

  • All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

  • Because of the immediate and irrevocable access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds may only be granted if:

    • The product was not delivered due to a technical error.

    • The file provided was corrupted and we could not fix or replace it.


2. Services (Video Packages, Consulting, Development, etc.)

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • If work has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.

  • If work has already begun or deliverables have been shared, refunds will not be granted.


3. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us.

  • No refunds will be given for partial billing cycles.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.


4. Trial & Promotional Offers

  • Refunds do not apply to discounted trial offers or promotional products unless required by law.
